Why is it that life is taken for granted?

Why do we yell, say hurful and tacky things to one another?

Why is it that it takes so much for us to realize that everything could be gone in a second?

Just like that - the person or people you love the most could be taken away from you.

Have you told them you loved them today? Or how much they mean to you? Have you spent the time letting them know that you mean it? Life can be taken for granted if you're not careful. I know I have taken it for granted many times. You have to live like never before, because one of these days your time is up and you can't turn back that clock and do it all over again

Live, laugh, and love is my motto.

Live life to your fullest,

Laugh like never before,

and love with every ounce of your being.

I am thankful for the fact that our nation is so strong, when we have tragedies we always pull together and help our neighbors and our friends, whether they are 10 miles away or 100 miles away, we do the best we can. Some don't realize the power in prayer, just take a few minutes and pray for those suffering in the wake of the tragedy at Virginia Tech.

And if you can, please be nice to those around you. Smiles are contagious, and maybe, just maybe you could be making a difference in someone elses life by being friendly.
