- It used to be all about living, laughing, love and racing.. but now it's just about trying to survive day to day. On May 25, 2009 my whole world was shattered when my 23 year old husband left this world. At 22 years old, I'm not even sure how to act, feel or how to move on with my life. The things I loved most in this world I had taken for granted and the best person I have ever met has taken my heart with him when he died. We had problems, and for some reason I feel I should defend that.. but I loved him more than anyone else in this world. I just wish things had been different.

Kandice- You don't know me personally or through the internet, at least I don't think! but I just saw your announcement on PB and I wanted to tell you how sorry I am. I just lost my husband the same way. April 15th. I know you don't know me and it may not mean anything but I wanted to extend my condolences and assure you as someone going through something similar, things will get better. I know you're dealing with what feels like hell now and don't let anyone tell you not to feel good, bad or otherwise. Seek comfort anywhere you can. I wish I could help more, even just by listening but I did want to say these few inadequate words.
